Frequently Asked Questions

What is the event timeframe?
- Registration opens at 12:30 p.m. and the program will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m.
- The program will wrap up at 5:00 p.m. Employers will stay until 5:30 p.m. so that you have extra time to stop by and talk to them in case you missed them during the networking break.
- Happy hour at GP Sports Bar (in the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel) will be available after 5:30 p.m. Join us for half-off apps and drink specials and meet your fellow local interns.
Will you be serving lunch?
- We will not be serving lunch at this event so you should plan to eat before you come.
- We will serve light snacks during the networking break.
Can I bring my lunch with me to the event?
- No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the event venue.
Should I bring anything?
- Feel free to bring a notebook to take notes during the presentation and business cards if you have them.
- Bring your wallet if you plan to join us at GP Sports Bar.

Where should I park?
- For free parking options, open this map. The lots colored RED are the only ones available for free. Do not park in the blue lots or you will receive a ticket. Plan ahead for a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lots.
- For paid parking options, open this map. Keep in mind that if you choose to do paid parking it will be at your own expense.
