Roundtables are an opportunity for our membership to come together, learn about topics related to talent attraction and retention, discuss issues openly, and meet other members. Anyone from your team is invited to attend, not just recruiters.

At this Roundtable, we’ll have presentations on the following topics:

• HireReach – a new program that teaches how to adopt an evidence based hiring strategy and is currently looking for company participants. Whitney White from Talent2025 and Rachel Cleveland from West MiWorks will present.
• Marshall Plan – it’s the new thing in talent. But what is it? Cindy Brown from Hello West Michigan and Amy Lebednick from West MiWorks will present.
• MiCareerQuest – how employers can get involved with the priming of the k-12 segment of the talent pipeline. Kelly Wilczak from Mercy Health and Amy Lebednick from West MiWorks will present.
