Herbruck's is a family owned, fully integrated poultry operation. We employ over 900 team members across nine locations in three states. Herbruck’s currently supplies over 60% of the eggs consumed in Michigan and is the largest “all on one site” egg producing company in the state and within the top 10 across the U.S.
Today, Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch is run by Harry Jr.’s daughter and sons. Six members of the fourth generation also work in the business.
The company’s flock has grown from 6,000 laying hens in the
