In 2020, Hello West Michigan is celebrating ten years of community impact on West Michigan. Ten years of educating, attracting, and connecting people to the West Michigan region.

Ten years ago, Hello West Michigan was the only organization of its kind in the country: employer-driven and governed by employers. Now we are a model organization for others in Maine, South Carolina, Ohio, and Lansing. Hello West Michigan has been recognized by Forbes, the International Economic Development Council, and Crain’s Detroit Business.

On Thursday, February 27, 2020, we’re coming together to celebrate. At our 2020 Annual Meeting, you can hear from senior leadership on why they invest in regional talent attraction efforts. Joining the leaders will be individuals who have transplanted to West Michigan sharing their story of relocation and how Hello West Michigan aided them in their journey.

In addition to the stories, you will get an update on what we have accomplished in the past 10 years and our plans for 2020. Stay tuned to hellowestmichigan.com and social pages throughout 2020 to see other ways we’re celebrating ten years of community impact.

This event is open to all—members, non-members, community members, and those interested in learning more. Pre-registration is required.
