Built from a partnership between a small business owner and a developer, SalesPad knows ERP. It’s why we exist, and why more than 12,000 people trust SalesPad to manage their distribution operations. We believe that inventory is the lifeblood of a business. After all, you can’t sell what you don’t have (#inventoryISsales). This is why we empower businesses by providing them 100% visibility into their inventory management process. We work alongside existing accounting platforms to deliver meaningful customer data without compromising the security of core financials.
In addition to our development teams that work on everything from cloud-based mobile applications, on-premise desktop modules, and custom development work, we also have a strong support and implementation team, onsite sales and marketing, and project management. A full list of current open positions can be found on our Careers page (https://www.salespad.net/careers/).
Most of us grew up in West Michigan and love all that it has to offer. That’s why the majority of our 100+ positions are based in our newly-renovated, 30,000 sq ft. office space (with plenty of parking). We love our new space because it provides room for us to share ideas, innovate, and even stimulate our creative sides through games and play. All work and no play is not the SalesPad way! We’re looking for hard-working folks that are self-motivated, don’t want to hop from job-to-job, and consider themselves creative problem solvers who still like to have fun.
We have two great employee resource groups that help people get and stay connected. Our employee engagement department (SPEED) is comprised of representatives from across the organization and charged with bringing the FUN. They head up our Mario Kart tournaments, chili cook-offs, Magic release parties, company picnics, and more. We also have an advocacy network (SPAN) that drives our community engagement in these focus areas:
● The general care, empowerment, and education of children.
● Encouraging diversity and inclusion in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education and the STEM workforce.
● The health and well-being of our employees and our community.
Because we care about our community and the causes that matter to our employees, you’ll see SalesPad supporting local events like the 5/3 River Bank Run (with a run, walk, and dance team too this year), SoftwareGR and GLSEC, Junior Achievement, MiCareerQuest, D.A. Blodgett/St. John’s Home, Michigan Blood, and more.
We offer a casual work environment (yes, this means jeans), medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan, and an all around great place to start a career in technology, if you’re looking to learn. Lead by technology veterans and pushing the envelope on cloud-based SaaS products, SalesPad is a great place for both someone hunting for that first job, and for that longer term, advanced career seeker.
And we are not a start-up. Privately owned since 2003, SalesPad has been helping distribution and manufacturing businesses sell, ship, and deliver on time and at the right price. Visit our Facebook page, follow us on Twitter, or subscribe to our blog to learn more.
