We’ve addressed the region’s talent shortage over the last 5 years by elevating regional awareness and priming it for future growth. To help address the immediate talent need, we’ve started a new initiative to help employers find the candidates you need today.
The Hello West Michigan Online Career Fair will connect employers to candidates living outside the region at a fraction of the cost of an in-person career fair or recruiting event.
Over the next year, we will hold four scheduled fairs that companies can plan into their recruiting schedules, and find the candidates you need for current openings.
