Job Description: This position is under the direction of the Product Manager and is responsible for the design, implementation, workings and methodology to support production and efficiency. The Quality Engineer analyzes the quality standards of each product and identified opportunities to improve quality and mitigate possible risks. They will also get very involved with the customer doing complaint handling, root cause analysis, and corrective action on any quality matters. They will also handle all ISO13485 paperwork for their product/line.
Work Environment: Clients are manufacturers of plastic and metal medical device components.
