Roundtables are an opportunity for our membership to come together, learn about topics related to talent attraction and retention, discuss issues openly, and meet other members. Anyone from your team is invited to attend, not just recruiters.

  • We’ve been working on some new member training materials. Is HWM integrated into every step of your recruiting process?
  • Do you know the answer when a candidate asks you a question about West Michigan? Test your knowledge with a game of West Michigan trivia.
  • Discussion Topic: We’ve been hearing a lot about the difficulties of integration after relocation. Candidates finding their “fit” in the community and finding friends. Are your new hires running into similar issues? What are they? What suggestions do you give to help?
